Grand Strand Haven was started by a small group of South Carolina natives who grew tired of watching family-owned condos get lost inside corporate property portfolios and OTA algorithms. We knew the buildings. We knew the guests. And we knew there was a warmer, more honest way to run a rental business.
Today we manage a boutique collection of oceanfront condos along the Grand Strand — from Cherry Grove down to Pawleys Island. Every reservation is confirmed by a real person on our team. Every owner has our cell numbers. And every guest gets the same welcome we’d give our own family.
